CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION & ADMINISTRATION

Our inspectors and project managers ensure that contractors comply with all contract requirements, structural and material specifications, and safety ordinances and regulations. At the construction site, inspectors catalog daily inspection reports, photographic logs, records and permits, and detailed checklists documenting the ongoing status of a project. These records are crucial to managing contractor pay requests, ensuring that distributions are consistent with the percentage of project completion.

In addition to hard-copy records, all documentation, including field and laboratory test data, is stored securely online in a shared folder. This allows clients convenient, 24/7 access to information, serves as a useful tool for collaboration, and provides an efficient way to distribute new or revised data over the course of a project.
